Who operates the site

Contacting me through the site

In the "Start a conversation" section you can choose a topic and add a short description, and the contact section has a button that opens a WhatsApp conversation. Providing details is voluntary and not required by law.

The site does not send the text to a server or store it in a database. The text becomes a link with a prepared WhatsApp message in your browser, and only an explicit action by you opens the link. As soon as the link opens, the message text is passed to WhatsApp and Meta as part of the link address, even before you confirm sending it in the chat.

The message reaches my personal WhatsApp account only after you confirm it in WhatsApp, and I answer it myself. No AI assistant processes messages from the site. Using WhatsApp and processing the message text are also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp and Meta.

What your details are used for

Details sent to me are used to understand your inquiry, reply to it, continue a conversation you asked for, and keep a reasonable record of our contact. They do not add you to a mailing list and are not used to send advertising without separate consent, where required.

Technical data and browser storage

The site is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting service, and the domain's DNS is provided by Cloudflare. When you browse, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data that comes with an internet request, such as IP address, browser type, page address, request time and security or error data. Such data is used to run the site, secure it and diagnose problems, and is kept according to the infrastructure's settings and operational needs.

The site does not currently use analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. If you choose settings in the accessibility menu, they are saved only in your browser's local storage so they apply on your next visit. The reset button restores the defaults; the local record can be fully deleted through your browser settings.

Demonstrations and site content

Screenshots and examples on the site use demo data, and private details that appeared in them were replaced with fictional data. The site does not allow file uploads.

Sharing with others

The site itself does not pass your message to a sending service or a database. Technical data may be processed by Google as part of the hosting service. Opening a WhatsApp link passes the prepared text to WhatsApp and Meta; a message sent to the published email address is also received and processed by Google (Gmail), the email provider of the receiving account. A phone call goes through the parties' telecom providers. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect legal rights.

Retention and deletion

Details sent to me are kept as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry, continue contact you asked for, or keep a reasonable record for business or legal purposes. When they are no longer needed, they will be deleted or reduced, subject to legal retention duties and the limits of the communication service you used.

Access, correction and deletion

You can contact me to review personal information I hold, correct information that is wrong, or ask for it to be deleted. The request will be considered according to the law, and I may ask for reasonable details to confirm your identity. Closing WhatsApp before confirming the message prevents it from reaching me, but does not undo any transfer or processing that already happened in WhatsApp or Meta when the link opened.

Information security and external links

Reasonable measures are taken to reduce risks to information under my control. However, no online system is completely immune to failure or unauthorized access. Links to external services lead to sites I do not operate, and using them is subject to their own policies.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated if the way the site or its connected services work changes. The date at the top of the page shows when the last material change was made.
