How it works
Scan to a folder
Scan documents that carry a barcode to a folder you choose.
Identify and file
The system identifies the document type, for example a delivery note or a supplier invoice, and files it by barcode, month and document name.
Merge related documents
Documents that carry the same barcode are merged together.
Electronic signature
The system adds a secure electronic signature only to the documents or document types you choose, for example supplier documents that must be kept under the Income Tax rules, and not customer documents that don't require a signature.

What do we need to do on our side?
The system works by barcode, so documents need to carry a barcode. Scanning and preparing the barcodes are your responsibility, and if you like, I can help with them for an additional fee.
Can we stop keeping the paper?
Only under certain conditions. For a scanned file to replace the original document under the Israeli Income Tax rules, you need, among other things, a certified electronic signature and a check by a second person. The signature the system adds is a secure signature, which on its own is not enough. A certified signature is issued by an external certification authority, such as ComSign, and I integrate it into the system and place it on the document where you choose. Check the details for your business with your accountant, and for customer-signed documents also with your lawyer.
