Purpose of the site

The site presents Yarin Amrusi's professional work, projects, articles and ways to get in touch. The content is for general information only and is not legal, accounting or other professional advice, nor a binding offer to carry out work.

Development services and agreements

Sending an inquiry does not create an agreement and does not bind either party. If a service is agreed, the scope of work, deliverables, payment, schedule, each party's responsibilities and the handling of information will be set out in a separate agreement. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement prevails for that service.

Projects, screenshots and illustrations

The site includes some screenshots of existing systems after private details were replaced with demo data, along with illustrations, examples and project descriptions. Illustrations and sample data are marked as such and are not a commitment that every capability is available to every user or suits every process.

A status shown next to a project reflects the information verified at the time of the update. Systems, interfaces and external services may change, and any offer of a service will be based on a separate, up-to-date review.

Permitted use of content

You may browse the site, read the content and share a link to a public page for lawful, personal purposes. You may not copy a substantial part of the site, republish, modify, sell or reverse-engineer it, or use the content in a way that misleads about its source, without prior permission or legal authorization.

Rights in the content

The rights in the texts, design, code and original materials on the site belong to Yarin Amrusi, unless stated otherwise. Trade names, marks, interfaces and materials of others remain the property of their owners, and showing them does not imply sponsorship or partnership.

Availability and reliance

Efforts are made to keep the content clear and up to date and the site available, but there may be errors, changes, faults or interruptions. Before making a business decision or relying on information on the site, check that it suits your circumstances. Liability applies according to the law, and nothing in these terms limits any mandatory right of a user or consumer.

Links to WhatsApp, email or other sites are provided for convenience. External services are operated by others, and using them is subject to their own terms and policies. I have no control over their availability, security or the content they show.

Changes to the site and the terms

The site's content and these terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when the last material change was made, and the updated terms apply from then on.

Governing law

The laws of the State of Israel apply to the use of the site. Any dispute will be heard by the competent court according to the rules of law, without limiting rights or jurisdiction that cannot be contracted out of.
